Cousin Letter Days
If you have been following our blog for a while, you might remember our Cousin Letter Days. My cousin, Andrea and I decided to get the cousins together and learn our alphabet. The other day we completed the letter Q. We only have a couple of letters to go! (Well, until we start over again.) :) Here is a cute picture from the other day learning the letter Q.
Christopher and Aubrey Rose were making a QUICHE together dressed as a QUARTERBACK and a QUEEN.
Here they are when we started with the letter A making Apple Pie.
LOVE seeing our kids grow, bond and love being with each other. Again, I know I have said it before, but it sure is fun to be family AND friends!

July 4th fun
This year I didn't take enough pictures. I know so sad. Austin and Aubrey Rose's naps were opposite of each other. One went down, the other was up. One woke up, the other needed to go down. Anyway, we had a wonderful time with friends. Thank you to everyone who helped make this July 4th a sweet time together laughing, sharing, eating, swimming, and just enjoying each other.
I love the 4th of July!!!

Our July 4th weekend
We celebrated the 4th of July last night with some of our closest friends. Delicious food, lots of swimming, adorable kiddos, huge fireworks, sweet memories, just all around good times. More to come about it later, but I did want to share of couple of my favorites from our weekend. We were able to spend one night in Carmel. We LOVED being there with Jesse, Allie, Jed and Allie's parents. LOVED it!! It was too short of time, but I felt refreshed coming home. Yesterday, I posted some of the pictures we took of the cousins, well, here are just extras from the random moments.
Auntie Al-la with the two boys.
This is how Aubrey Rose likes to play in the sand or mud. She gets her hands and feet dirty as much as possible, but the rest of her is pretty clean. That girl! I try to remind her all the time...we are FARMER'S! HA!

Happy 4th!!
Did you know I am CANADIAN? I was born in British Columbia, CANADA. Although I have lived in California most of my life, I only became an American citizen in 2008. That's all the fun facts I have for you today. HA! :)
Therefore, my babies might have some Canadian blood in them, but they are proud to be American's, just like their mommy and daddy. :) We hope you all have a wonderful 4th of July celebrating America's independence!

We are going to be celebrating with some sweet friends! Can't wait!

Already 4 months old!
Our little man is moving right along! He has definitely decided he enjoys waking up in the middle of the night. I am not talking like, oh just once. I am talking three times a night and he has to eat each time he wakes and when he eats he acts like he hasn't had a meal for 3 days. I am not kidding. Yes, probably a growth spurt. But, for a month like this??? Goodness. He is definitely worth it though. :) However, in desperate measures, we decided to start rice cereal and food. Little better. We are hoping this will progressively get better. But, have you seen how tall his daddy is? I think he might already be trying to grow taller than him.
And moving he is!! I left him under his little toy mat thing (whatever it is called) and I came around the corner and found him like this!! Are you kidding?? Four months old...tides are changing very quickly. Last week he started rolling from his back to his tummy and one week later he is full on rolling. Goodness! Actually, this was on his four month birthday! We are so thankful for you Austin James!! You make me smile, laugh, and melt. I love you sweet boy!

Our little bouncers
Earlier I shared pictures of Aubrey and Austin in the Bumbo chair. Here they both are in the bouncy chair. Both have been HUGE fans! (Even though this picture does not prove Aubrey enjoyed it, my memory tells me otherwise.) HA!!
Austin has been bouncing away these days. He loves it!
